We want you to love your Kindred Bravely pieces, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 90 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Select whether you would like an exchange for a different size or color, a refund to your original payment method, or an instant store credit.
Print and Pack
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a similar mailer to ensure safe transit.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new items within 5-7 business days.
